How far would you drive for a good olive? We don't mean ordinary olives you get on takeout pizza. No, we're talking real, richly-flavored olives with the seeds still inside. People make pilgrimages to Bill's from all four neighboring states and Canada to stock up on the best olives around, as well as 25-pound bags of basmati rice, fresh figs, frozen phyllo pastry, specialty oils and every spice and ingredient that authentic Middle Eastern and Mediterreanean cooking requires.

Wonderful Greek Goods in My Own Backyard. I always loved Greek foods but then I lived in Europe for a while. This is when I found my knowledge of good Greek foods and only barely been tapped. There were so many wonderful Greek delicacy's to behold! Upon returning to the Twin Cities I searched for good Greek goods and found it in my own back yard at Bill's. How surprised was I to find my uncle had been frequently Bill's for ages. If only I had known, I wouldn't have had to waited until I went half way around the world to find out what good stuff was right here! Browse through the store, you won't be disappointed.

the main thing I miss about Minneapolis. This place is the greek import shop of dreams. Minneapolis is lucky to have great store import stores -- and this is the best of them all. Having left for Portland, I realize this now.
