Eclectic, relaxed local coffee house. Relaxed, friendly local coffee house. Yes, there are bikers. There are also seniors, knitters, students, dogs and their human companions, parents and even children. Bob's is just a great place to get a cup of pretty rockin' coffee, hang out, talk to people.... all the things you do at your local coffee house.

You likely won't earn your cred here, although you'll be acknowledge for what you have. If that's all you care about, please go elsewhere!

Good People Watching/ Very Bad Coffee. This is the hangout spot for cyclists and wannabe cyclists. Outdoor seating and dog friendly. The decor is cool. The coffee is bland and terrible! Order an ice-ed mocha and expect brown water with two ice cubes. I would stick with a bottled pop, sip it, and people watch.

A MUST FOR THE COFFEE LOVER IN YOU!!!. This place has it all. The most important is the coffee which is GOOD & STRONG:) The food is YUMMY:) And the people are my kind of people, the most beautiful people. It is just fun to hang and watch life pass you by. JUST TOO COOL!!! A MUST FOR THE COFFEE LOVER IN YOU!!!

If the normal coffee chain is too froufrou for you, this motorhead hangout may be your speed. The music is hard, and the uniform is rugged leather. Head inside and order something that will get your engine revving. Bob's has made-to-order sandwiches (panini, bagels and deli variety), soups, salads and a selection of grilled dishes. The most popular drinks are the iced coffees and house coffee--always strong, never topped with whipped cream.

9. We live in St. Paul yet head to Bob's several times a week. The coffee is always good and HOT. Staff and clientele are friendly. The person who rated Bob's a '3' was apparently trying to make Bob's what he/she THINKS it is - rather what it really is....a neighborhood coffee shop with great coffee (oh yes, some bikers DO hang out there - not because are looking for street credibility - they already have that & don't need to get it at Bob's). However, unlike some coffee shops, Bob's is very accommodating/welcoming to all clientele regardless of what they drive, how they look or what they wear.
