Consistent poor service.
While the Egg & I offers a decent breakfast selection, they can't seem to fix their poor service. Over the years I've become used to having to get my own silverware, or sweetener, or highchair.
Today my wife had to walk across the restaurant to pour herself a fresh cup of coffee, all the while our waitress sat and gabbed with her coworkers. We must have waited for 10 minutes with an empty cup (and they're glass cups).
The issues doesn't seem to be lack of staff, they always seem to have plenty. Our server today only appeared to have two tables. Today I had enough, and left my first $0.01 tip of my lifetime. Needless to say, I won't be going back.…
