Disappointed bride received no flowers on wedding day. The ladies at Pazzobello refused to work with us to get the flowers delivered on the day of our wedding. We had no flowers at all, and when we asked for a partial refund, they kept telling us they'd give us one and we never got it. They were expensive, but creative and pleasant to work with at first. They kept asking for more money during the planning. We had ended up paying cash in full 8 months before the wedding and it was 800.00 over budget. I strongly recommend finding someone else to do your flowers.

This is a completely dshonest representation of what happened. First of all no one pays for their weddng flowers 8 months in advance, many things change and are adjusted over the course of planning a wedding and we would never expect a bride to make fnal payment until rght before the weddng. Secondly the day of your wedding was a full scale Blizzard in St Paul. Your venue was a remote country setting and unreachable due to closed roads !! We received 18 " of snow in less than 6 hours...and we still attempted for three hours to deliver your wedding flowers.the ffty miles from our shop... ..but like 90% of your guests we were unable to travel the unplowed roads. Lastly we issued you a Complete refund and we have a cancelled check to prove it!! I am truly sorry that your event fell on a day with such unfortunate weather......but you should stop your dishonest discourse.

Flowers make the wedding!. If there is a wedding in your future I suggest you check out Pazzobello! Our daughter, the bride, expressed her wishes for a dream wedding and those dreams came true. The quality and freshness of the flowers was exceptional, her ideas were transferred into amazing designs, and the service provided couldn't have been better.

wow!. I just have to say what an original shop you have. Don't ever change. You do a wonderful job and have such an awesome staff. I loved the newspaper article!!! Keep up the fantastic work. You have a very good thing going here.
