My husband and I went to The Ink Lab last night for our first-ever tattoos. We have rarely had such a positive interaction with ANY business. The staff were all friendly and helpful and not at all condescending or patronizing. Our artist, Charlie, was SO kind and personable and obviously talented that we were immediately comfortable. Our tattoos turned out to be exactly what we wanted and we are simply overwhelmed by the beautiful experience. We cannot possibly recommend The Ink Lab enough.

Anyone thinking of getting a tattoo i highly recommend The Ink Lab!!! Charlie has been working on a piece on my leg in memory of my grandma,and we're not quite done yet but man it looks so amazing! way way better then i could have thought! i will be going to The Ink Lab for the rest of my work i get in the future!!! thank you so much charlie!

I come here frequently and love the work I get done! I recommend people here all the time and they all come back satisfied. The only downside is there is a receptionist that is extremely rude, loud and obnoxious. It's difficult coming in with such a great attitude and leaving with a poor one because she talks badly of customers loud enough for everyone to hear. Such negativity! Sure makes it difficult coming back.

BEWARE: What You want may have no barring as to what you might get!

Beyond disappointed!!

Ernesto turned what could have been a masterful piece of work into utter GARBAGE! He continued even after I told him to stop- I will be sure to tell everyone and anyone who and where this disaster took place and warn them to avoid it.

Not to mention that the entire session Ernesto sat that and spoke Spanish to someone else instead of focusing on the tattoo.

Uncle Charlie!. I went into the ink lab having a very large half sleeve tattoo that I wanted covered up. I went to Charlie Mendez, he is amazing! He always is joking with me and having fun and always listening to fun music! He def had a hard project ahead of him bc covering up tattoos isnt easy and you have to find the right design to put over it and make it darker. He did an amazing job and Im always getting compliments and i absolutely love it. Im actually going back there soon to get the rest of my sleeve done:) I love him!

Beauitful Artwork. I have two large tattoos done by Charlie at Ink Lab. Charlie is very passionate about his work

and I am extremey happy with the out come. He is very easy to work with, very understanding of what I wanted, and his artwork is unique. When Walking into Ink lab I am greeted with a smile by there friendly professional staff, They make me feel very welcomed everytime I go in. I love showing off my pieces and have had nothing but Awsomefeed back by the people I show it to.I recommend Charlie to anyone who wants to get ink,weather its a huge piece or something small He WILL meet your expectations.Cause after all a tattoo stays with you forever.

bad first impression. when i turned 18, i really wanted to get an Industrial Piercing. i wasn't quite ready for a tattoo yet, so i figured an Industrial would look great on me!

not knowing anything about where to go to and what to ask, a friend took me to Ink Lab. i came inside complete CLUELESS, not even knowing what the piercing was called. i described what i wanted to the guy, and he looked at me like i was a little slow...

then he told me that i couldn't get the industrial done today, that i had to get two 14-gauge piercings on my cartilege where i would want the industrial and they'll put in the bar after it had healed. ---> which was all complete misleading information!!

i later went to St. Sabrina's that day and asked them if it was true that i couldn't get the bar in immediately, and they told me whoever told me that was just trying to rip me off. i was very unhappy!

Excellent Ink Work. This was my 3rd tat and as usual I loved it! Charlie is awesome to work with...he took my basic idea and added detail and color that made it unique. I always recommend the Ink Lab and my friends have been extremely happy with their work too!!

i apologise. dear.i apologise if my skills does not fill your expectations ,if my honesty was rude, i apologise too, and if you can find someone else who can do what you want, is good,because you will be payig for something you want, in my case, i will not charge you for something you don't want, so if i say i cant tattoo what are you asking me is beacuse cant do what are you asking and i respect you, and i love my work. so i prefer to pass, and say im sorry ,i can't do what you ask.

I'll never set foot in there again... Maybe Charlie was going to do my tattoo for free, since he most certainly treated me like he was doing me a favor during my consultation.

It is very important for me that anyone working with, and on people are extra friendly. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected by his rudeness and unwillingness to work with me for what I wanted in my tat. I felt he treated me like was an idiot and was completely inflexible to work with my design, except on his terms.

I'll take my business somewhere where they respect my wishes and are willing to - with their expertise-, work with what I what I would like until we are both confident we'll get good results. I am marking my body for life! i think I should have a say in what I would like for my tattoo to look like.
