Primadonas!. These guys we're very short and rude with me about my idea. This was probably the worst consultation I have ever had. The artist treated me like I was a two year old. Believe me I won't be back!

5 Stars for 5 Star quality!. I have been inked by Nic at Uptown Tattoo because 98% of the work I see on other people that is STUNNING, great quality, great color, great shading comes from him. I have never heard a name in this market more spoken about and reccommended. The facility is clean, organized, good lighting, comfortable and the customber service can't be matched (those guys are hilarious!!). I was unimpressed by Ink Lab who once told me my tattoo was too small and I would have to have it enlarged, which took me to Saint Sabrina's which felt more like a tattoo surplus store and some random man who after tattooing me appeared to be under a mood altering substance, asked me for a ride home. Not impressed with the quality or the staff or the cleanliness. From my own and my husband and friend's experience - if you don't want a generic tattoo, go to Uptown Tattoo.

Best shop, anywhere... really, anywhere.. After doing much research, there is not another place I will ever go to be tattooed, all the artists are very talented and professional. I now live in California, but will still fly to Minneapolis to get tattooed by John.

well worth the wait. i've been seeing tom strom for my work for over 2 years now, and i couldn't imagine going anywhere else. this guy is EXTREMELY talanted, and although his portfolio shows a darker side of his work, he's sketched and etched some of the most delicate, detailed tattoos i've seen. oh yeah, he doesn't over work the skin, so it heals without scarring (when its raised). i have to set my appointments up 4-6 months in advance but it's so worth the wait.

also check out brandon, jon & nic. all talented with different styles.

they also custom draw all of the work that they do, my first tatto was a piece of flash, and i saw one to many people with it afterwards. not to mention, it had tons of scarring and lost color.

Only Uptown!. This is the best Tattoo shop around, no contest! They are very professional and determined to get you the tat you want, unlike some other shops that spend all their time and energy letting you know how much your tattoo sucks because you didn't get it from them. I'm very happy with the work I had done and refuse to go to another shop, especially after watching my girlfriends go elsewhere and end up unhappy. Not to mention these guys are a blast! Good work boys!!!

you have to be kidding. This is the best shop I have ever had the pleasure of spending time in. Patient? It will be the best art you ever get and will raise the bar on service. They custom draw every tattoo! No where else to go within the five state area! Thanks for the great work guys!
