Made An Awful Experience Bearable. When a [presumably] drunk driver collided with my parked car, I was out of my mind--this car had gone 14 years without a scratch. Having never had to go to a body shop, I didn't know what to expect. Orange peel, bad work, big money. I trusted this guy with a customers car and he messed it up. The worst part is when he realized he messed up he went quiet and failed to make it right. Poor work and loaner are to far from home.
Great experience, HIGHLY recommend Hagen's. Hagen's was recommended to me by the place where I get my oil changed and I was not disappointed. They did a fantastic job, communicated well with me during the time my car was in the shop, there weren't any tricks and they got me a supplemental (additional) check from the insurance company of the other driver!! If that wasn't enough, they washed my car and vacuumed it out too. I would HIGHLY recommend Hagen's to EVERYONE…
