In Short – This cozy space opened in February 1999, sporting a perfectly proportioned proscenium and red velvet seats--with cupholders. In keeping with the Jungle's role as community arts innovator, it also includes a lobby gallery that features the work of established and emerging visual artists. The company shows everything from brand-spanking new plays to modern classics and the occasional rediscovered chestnut.

The Jungle Theater deserves the applause of the Twin Cities theater community. Wow! My partner and I recently attended the Syringa Tree and were absolutely blown away. Sarah Agnew was outstanding.
- Pros: Actors!
- Cons: Absolutely nothing!
Beautiful theater and talented actors.

The plays here are a little different and a lott better than what you would get at the bigger playhouses. The box office staff was very accomidating when we needed to switch our tickets to a different day.
- Pros: Great staff, beautiful space, top notch actors
- Cons: parking
