Great Neighborhood Restaurant!. Currans is a great friendly neighborhood restaurant! Their menu offers a large variety of options which is great because they will most likely have anything that you are in the mood for. The prices are also very reasonable and the portions are large. It's a place I always like to go to when I am in the neighborhood because I know I will always get a great meal. Their pie specials are also fabulous. You can get a slice of pie for $1 during certain times of the day. We always get the apple pie warmed up with ice cream....delicious! Service is also outstanding. Our server checked on us several times, always made sure we had refills, and our food came out right away. Make sure to stop by Currans when you're in the neighborhood!…

NOT WORTH WRITING HOME ABOUT. The food is reasonable in price, so I can't really complain about that. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich, and my boyfriend had the French dip. We both agreed that our daughter's kids meal chicken fingers...tasted way better than our meals. ( we sample our daughter's food).

I also have to complain about the missing strap on the changing table in the bathroom. I recommend that they replace their changing table..for a safer one. Changing my daughter's diaper, is like wrestling an crocodile. My boyfriend had to come into the ladies room with me, so he could hold our daughter down.

We did not enjoy our experience at this restaurant, so we will not be returning.…

One of the Best Corn Beef Hash Breakfasts. I've been to Curran's many times and find it very hard to believe the management would react in such a way as some of the 1&2 star reviewers have suggested. Maybe the folks who hate this restaurant were looking for a dive to hang out at as they came down off their drugg induced high, and instead picked a good family restaurant instead of Denny's, I-Hop, etc...

That matter aside, Curran's has decent food and it's very reasonably priced. The Corn Beef hash has to be one of my favorites, and the waiters are generally very prompt to refill your coffee or beverage. My girlfriend once ordered a omelet that wasn't cooked completely through... The waiter replaced it with one made right without any issues, hassles, or problems.

Over all, this is one of my favorite places to eat breakfast or lunch when I'm in the South Minneapolis area.…

There are much better options, keep looking... After being seated, I waited nearly fifteen minutes for water and a waiter/waitress. The food was just awful! Believe me, you're better off going to Culvers for your lunch or dinner. Oh, the staff is about as apathetic as one can be. I gave it two stars instead of one because it was the Saturday before Easter. I would not return if the food were free.…
