Editorial Review for Great Harvest Bread Co – by Cory Jane Birkett

In Short
The delicious wheat bread is available in many local grocery stores, but a visit to the original bakery on Upton Avenue is an experience that shouldn't be missed. Boasting hearty, healthy breads like the famous sunflower wheat or no-oil granola, it also offers sweet treats like packs of fresh-baked chocolate chip, peanut butter or oatmeal cookies. Grab a comfy cushioned seat near the bay window and partake in people-watching while consuming those heavenly carbs.

User Reviews for Great Harvest Bread Co

5 Star Rating: Highly Recommended

Unbelievably fresh breads and sweets. Fun and family friendly. I am addicted to honey whole wheat bread and pumpkin chocolate chip cake. Staff is genuine and sincerely helpful and cheerful. Fun to watch artisans making the bread and to be offered a free slice of something hot out of the oven. It's becoming a tradition to go in on Saturdays with my kids for coffee and the most phenomenal cinnamon rolls (huge) we've ever tried. I get my week's worth of whole grain bread. Fun way to kick off the weekend. Highly recommend!

Pros: Fresh good-for-you, great tasting breads

Cons: Wish there was more parking. Popular place.
