We had too – Me and my litle sister are pretty close, and since shes planning on getting married I wanted to spend some extr tie with her while she has the time and isn't maing my nephews and niece's. I stopped her while running her around last Weds. they make awesome Ice cream and it was reallynice to go somewhere just me and her for once, becuase we always have big get togethers at places.
A wonderful place – A best ice cream. More wonderful plavor, I never try another ice cream after i know this place. wonderful
Can't go wrong with ice cream – The kids love this place. We are a family of ice cream lovers. Always friendly service and and good ice cream.
An old-time ice cream parlor for homemade treats. – In Short
A 1950s-style ice cream parlor with a cute decor to match: red stools, red booths and a black-and-white checked floor. Made-fresh ice cream flavors, such as triple chocolate, caramel cookie praline, banana nut brownie and Nut Goodie Cream, are best savored atop fresh-baked waffle cones. Also offered: sandwiches, wraps, cookies, Dunn Brothers coffee and soda fountain drinks.
Very Good & Creamy Ice Cream! – Rich & Creamy Ice Cream for a really good price.
Service horrid, ice cream so-so – I live around the corner from Edina Creamery, and think it is one of the most horribly run businesses I know of. First, the ice cream is just average.
In addition, I've been there three times when there were lines of 20+ people, with only one very slow, unfriendly person working. Two of these times I simply left and went somewhere else.
I have also walked by numerous times when the Creamery was not open, although it was during their posted business hours.
The place is cluttered-- for at least the past 3 years, there have been unsightly cardboard boxes and other junk piled at the back of the store.
Frankly, I can't believe anybody can get excited about this place!!
Oh yum! – I firmly recommend the caramel cookie praline. It is amazing. I have been going to the Edina Creamery since it opened and the ice cream is the best in the cities. To be fair though, the people that work there are not so great. However, it's ice cream...service shouldn't be that big of a deal when it's just an ice cream cone....the most important thing is taste! So, they're quick, but not friendly and the ice cream is INDESCRIBABLE!!!!
Don't ever drop your icecream! – My feelings for this establishment are quite tainted by an experience we had there a few months ago. My 2 year old son accidentally dropped his cup of ice cream onto the floor after the second bite and they refused to replace it. It was against their policy, they told us. My husband even discussed it with the owner and she claimed that no other ice cream place would replace dropped ice cream either (she was quite rude about it, too). He proved her wrong by calling about six other places when we got home and they all said of course they would replace dropped ice cream. Ben & Jerry's even offered free ice cream cones to my husband and son. Anyway, I don't care how good Edina Creamery's ice cream is, the way they treat customers is lousy and we won't be going there again.
Wow, Smooth and Tastes Good too! – Absolutely Wonderful. Best Ice Cream I have ever Eaten, and have seen a sccop or two in my days, traveling around the country.
Creamy Dreamy – Best Ice Cream in town! Fresh as fresch could be! I swear they milk the cows in the morning and ice cream is ready by noon!
