the best home made ice cream. The place is delicious, everyday they put new ice cream out. The coffees are so good. Bake goods don't even get me sttarted the best ever! Reasonible prices, great service and nice surroundings.

Best ice cream in Minneapolis. Sebastian Joe's has the best ice cream around. I go to the Linden Hills location & it's wonderful to sit outside on a summer evening after strolling around the lake. My favorite flavor is "Pavarotti". They have a huge selection and the ice creams are premium quality. The vanilla is made with real beans, not extract. Great spot for families, dates, out of town visitors, etc. I love it.

This location is the perfect cool-off and people-watching spot during humid summer months. The ice cream list tops 80 flavors and includes both new spins and old favorites. Traditionalists will love the heady vanilla, which uses ground beans instead of extract; the daring can try the ginger-cream or the spicy cayenne-laced chocolate coyote. A full coffee bar with strong European roasts is on-site.

Joe's knows what flows. This is an AWESOME little joint. I used to live a block from it but didn't go HALF as much as I should've. The service is great, the music doesn't suck, and above ALL the icecream is worthy of God. Go to Sebastian Joe's. It truly is the BOMB.
