Worst Customer Service - Errors with every order.
I have been a long fan of the work they do here - that is when they get it right. So often were the errors to my orders I stopped going for some time. I went again last week and they managed to forget to process some of the order and messed up other aspects too (failed to print, failed to put on disc). Even though I confirmed by phone that my order was done before going the next day to pick up - it wasn't done. when they corrected the error and mailed (some) of the missing work they failed to do that correctly. To add insult to injury, they were rude to me both times I spoke with them about the order. NEVER apologized and said "they'd get around to it when they could." Rude rude rude and TOTALLY unprofessional. Even the manager, they just couldn't care less about their customers. I spend thousands on processing and prints every year. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! Go to the downtown National Camers - the people there are lovely.
