Just about the best karaoke bar that you could ever hope for, if you pick the right song you will have a roomful of friendly faces singing along with you. I often bring out-of-towners here as well as friends who live in the burbs because the Vegas is just a must when you're in NE. Just took one star off for them not accepting cards (inconvenient when you're with a big group) but they do have an ATM on site.

Unassuming friendly karoake bar. Truly a diverse and friendly crowd. Not recommended for those who do not appreciate karoake or understand that you have to take the bad with the good (singers, that is). I drank the same beverage all night - one waitress charged me $4 the other charged me $5....

Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, still dive-bar ish vibe but not gross by any means. I finally whipped up enough liquid courage to sing and people were very supportive!

What happens at the Vegas stays at the Vegas!. Great bar in NE. It's very blue collar during the day (two for ones at 8am for the third shifters!) but more of a mixed crowd of college kids and regulars at night. Great staff once you get to know them after a few visits - they will remember you! Karaoke 4 nights a week, bingo a couple nights a week, meat raffle, pull tabs, all that good stuff. Serve Heggies Pizza and other types of good bar food like grilled cheese and chili - different stuff all the time, check the whiteboard. Also there are seasonal specials like they just got done doing rib nights on Tuesdays. There's a nice patio for the smokers if that's your style. Parking lot has security cameras so your car will be safe overnight if you're a little tipsy, and they're always willing to call you cab. They have customer of the day, customer of the week, customer of the night drawings regularly - it's so fun when you win, even if it's just a free drink. Only complaint is there isn't that much for specials, except 2 for 1s at 8am, noon , and 8pm. It feels like a bar out in rural MN or WI until they charge $9 for a pitcher of Old Style. Other than that - highly recommended for a fun night or a stop on your NE bar crawl. Say hi to Jake and Suzy and Frankie and Kurt and Jerri! RIP Loretta. Come back Shelley (super hot) but at least your sister still works there!
