Not Melrose Antiques. Merlorse fits right in to this hip and burgeoning corner of Northeast, a well-stocked neighbor to I Like You, Brasa, Pink Hobo Art Gallery and Fox Tax and Art Gallery. Melrose stocks vintage clothes, buttons, jewelry, housewares and furniture--all expertly currated--that would make perfect centerpieces or accents for any of the local art you might snare at I Like You or Pink Hobo. The jewelry, all vintage and in near-perfect condition, is literally worth its weight in gold alone. While some pieces are more expensive (that’s for the gems), you can find gorgeous costume pieces here that will last for decades.
