Tacos and burritos are custom-made with fresh ingredients at this industrial-chic Mexican chain..
In Short
Boasting a sleek decor of blond wood, raw steel and exposed pipes, this taqueria hums with conversation and an eclectic mix of piped-in salsa, rock and reggae. Patrons--mostly on-the-go professionals and parents with kids in tow--line up at an assembly-line style counter for hard and soft tacos or burritos (regular, fajita-style or without the tortilla) made with fillings like grilled chicken or steak, free-range pork or shredded beef.
Fresh, quick, and very tasty!. When you don't have a Chipotle establishment close to where you live...you'll quickly miss it. The food is very fresh and has a unique flavor, unlike the other Mexican fast-food chains. Once you have it, you'll easily become addicted. I'm living proof! The veggie tacos are a must have!
Unless you like food that isn't hot, get it to go so you can microwave it at home or the office.. Chipotle is good but not great. The food is always room temperature. Not even hot enough to melt the cheese. This is the best of the fast food Mexican places but it's not a 9.6.
Chipotle???. Sure if you are looking for a chipotle burrito, it is good but if you really want an authentic burrito??
User review by regguinti. Good. But a 10 is high for any fast food establishmentis high, comeon this place is run by mcdonalds
This should not be rated a 9.9. The burritos are salty, but they are decent to eat. This is not a 9.9 place to eat. They charge you for everything even extra salsa.
Attack of the Killer Burritos. Nothing says loving like a burrito the size of your forearm. Fast, filling and a pleasure to eat, Chipotle can make their burritos/fajitas vegetarian too (there's pork in them thar pinto beans).
Burrito like none other. Chipotle has the best burritos I've ever tasted. One thing that really sets them apart from other Mexican restaurants is the quality of the tortilla. It is chewy and holds together well, not dry and falling apart like most restaurants' tortillas. The ingredients are all very tasty, especially the guacamole, cilantro-lime rice, and corn salsa. I am planning on moving away from the Twin Cities soon, and I know I will experience major Chipotle withdrawal when that happens. If you like burritos, you've got to try Chipotle. Just make sure that when you get to the front, you already know what kind of meat and beans you want -- they will quickly say "Black or Pinto?", referring to your beans... and if you aren't expecting it, you might say, "What?" and wonder what they just asked you.
