WORST SERVICE EVER!. If you are only looking for food, then maybe go to hong kong noodles. There are way better places in the twin cities to go for authentic asian food. Check out the restaurants on university. The service was horrible. I could have gotten better service at McDonald's. The owners were rude and hurried us through our whole meal. I have never had such a horrible experience in my whole life. It was like they just wanted us out of the restaurant as soon as possible. They badgered my cousin about paying her bill because she was still eating!

I will ever go there agian. Worst experience ever!

Best Noodle Dishes I've ever had!. I love Hing Kong Noodles! I have always had food that was hot and delicious! I recommend the pan fried noodles with beef, egg rolls (they're the best I've ever tasted!) and the fried dumplings. Absolutely fabulous.

I'm not quite sure why these people are all complaining about service?? They clearly have not been to Asia. The service is just fine. I don't go to an authentic asian restaurant and expect four star service. It just doesn't happpen. I'm caucasian and have always been treated very well. No doubt that they are VERY busy and people are standing in the doorway to get a table, sometimes even watching over you. This is very typical in Asia.

It's well worth the wait!

Tasty variety but service indifferent. Hong Kong Noodle definitely focuses on the food. They have a large menu of authentic-sounding dishes. I've been there a number of times and haven't had anything I disliked. Like Hong Kong itself, they serve dishes in a variety of styles from around Asia, from Korean to Chinese to Thai. I can recommend the Thai Style Seafood Soup and most of the lunch specials.

Their service lacks what their food has. They focus more on making the food and cycling customers through than making the customers happy, though I must admit it seems to work, as we keep going back and they seem to have no lack of customers during lunch hours.

Dedicated free parking around back is a luxury in Stadium Village. During the summer months, they have a makeshift patio outside where you can enjoy the Washington Ave. traffic while enjoying your food.

Horrible Service!. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN! I've been to Hong Kong Noodle several times before, and all those times I've always known that the service there was horrible, but this is the LAST STRAW! -When being seated, menus are thrown on the table at you.

-Your water cups are brought and just put down in a cluster on one side of the table.

-When your order arrives, it's already been taken to several other tables before they realize who the order belongs to.

-Your meat dish arrives before the bowl of rice that is supposed to come with the dish at the same time

-When you ask for a take home box politely, they mumble something in their language and stammer "SURE"

This is what really threw me off on this visit....

I went with a group of friends (Table for 5). Every time I've been there, we've always been able to pay for our meals individually. I went to pay for my part of the meal first, I CIRCLED my total, pointed it out with the pen and said "I'd like to pay for this one here" handed her my card, and she charged me the whole bill! I asked her if she could cancel the charge and only charge me for my order and she told me she didn't want to do it.

I was so frustrated and angry that she wasn't willing to cancel the charge. A pre-tip charge was also added which came as a surprise to me b/c I had never had that before there.

All I have to say to her is She must be a freakin idiot with no common sense to not know why I circled a price & deaf for not being able to hear what I had asked of her.

Even ordering take out they give rude services. When I stood at the counter waiting to pay for my meal, someone had come in to pick up their order. She threw the take out on the counter knocked the toothpick holder which shot out at me. At least she said "sorry" I guess. But she just slammed his receipt at him.

I'm ASIAN and I get treated like sh!t there. It doesn't matter if you're White or Asian you're going to get treated like sh!t b/c in the end they know you're there for their food and they're going to continue providing horrible services until people decide to start boycotting. And trust me, from now on I am boycotting that place!

But overall, from what I observed every time I've been there, White people have always been served more kindly, probably because they think they can pry more money out of white people.

I am generally a very kind person. I always say thank you's and please and because I have been a waitress before I am always extra patient and kind when dining out at restaurants. But this place just makes your bl00d broil!

-We also never got our tea or our Sriracha Hot Sauce
