THE BEST WORTH SHIPPING TO AZ. This is by far the best Polish sausage that I have had anywhere in the country... I ship it to friends as gifts and order it myself. I live in Carefree, AZ. but its truly is worth it.....
best sausage and meats, particularly ham.
This is the best place for sausage and meats in the U.S. It is on a par with a "metzgerei" in Germany.
I live 90 miles away, but make it a point to stop there whenever I can.
Best Deli Ever. I don't know what to say about this place, how could I have never rated it before?! It is the best deli with so many kinds of sausage that its hard to pick one type.
Best cake ever LOVE THIS PLACE.
This is my favorite place in the Twin Cities. It has a cafeteria-style food line of Polish and Czeck food. Don't be mistaken....the atmosphere is sort-of upscale/relaxed/chic diner.
It is all so yummy. If you are with people who are not adventurous with eating...there are plenty of American-type dishes to select from as well. The Polish sausage should not be missed. They also have a chocolate cake made from crushed nuts that is so unique and rich. Honestly the best cake I have ever eaten.
This place is an experience. There is a really cute deli attached to it... that is so fun to shop in. If you're looking for a place to take out-of-town people....this is perfect because it is unique.
Soooo good!. The portions are large and food tastes homemade - like what your mom would make if she was Polish. I had the cabbage roll and sauerkraut - comforting and satisfying. My fiance had a sandwhich (with Krakowska meat, which I recommend - very good garlic flavor. We are definetly going back to try more dishes!
Editorial Review by Citysearch Editors. From goulash to pierogi, everything at this popular Hennepin deli and restaurant is authentic.
Great Golabki - Comfort Food. Talk about comfort food... The Golabki and Pierogi are the best in the Twin Cities. These are 2 of my favorite comfort foods. It makes you feel all warm and fuzzy, especially on a dreary day! Then you can go to the butcher shop and get some Fresh Ukranian Sausage (the Polish Sausage I grew up with) to take home!
