Very poor judgment and lack of respect
for customer's decision. Always suggesting to buy more expensive parts, even AFTER you have made your decision.
Not much variety. Considering they only had two types of standard size tires in stock. I wasted more than 40+ hours while the guys at Erik's tried to find a "solution" to a simple problem of tire replacement.
Won't go again.

I think the comment above is ridiculous.
They are the most top notch bike shop I have ever seen. Operates extremely professionally, takes care of every customer (AND CARES!), and makes you feel like your not getting ripped off.
They have figured out various problems for me quickly and efficiently. I have never had a problem with them!
