King and two-queen guest rooms offer clock radios, hair dryers, shampoo, televisions with HBO or Showtime and complimentary copies of USA Today. The property is inspected three times a year for quality by an independent quality assurance team and assigned a Sunburst rating, so travelers can rest assured that their accommodations are clean and comfortable.

Decent, clean, and fair value. This hotel is a great compromise for the value-minded traveler. Staff was friendly and helpful. All rooms have a small refrigerator, microwave, and storage safe. Continental breakfast is available, no HBO, no pool or exercise facilities. Laundry service is available. Luxury was not to be found, but it was definately comfortable. The hotel is near both U of M and mass transit, and has a family restaurant right next door. All in a all a nice little place to stay on the road.
