Untrustworthy. We put a changing table on "hold". It was a Saturday and they said they would hold it through business on Sunday. We went in the middle of the afternoon on Sunday. They had sold it. Worse, they could really care less. They didn't even apologize at first. Finally, the woman said, "Mistakes happen," clearly indicating this was standard practice.
