Worst Place to Work EVER!. This was the worst place I had ever worked. The Garden family who owns the company is straight up CRAZY. None of them have any social skills and what's worse is they run the company and there is no one else to go to *when* you a have problem, notice I didn't say *if*. Because it's inevitable you will have a problem working there at some point.

If you do decide to work here, plan on 1. Not having a life outside of work 2. Not getting sick 3. Not having surgery 4. Best if you don't have a family and kids because these people have no idea what it's like to have a family outside of work. If you call into work sick, expect a call from the owner(s) asking you when you expect to be in. They bully you and have no respect for their employees. Not to mention it's also a dirty, disgusting office but that's a whole other paragraph. DANGER DANGER STAY AWAY FROM GARDEN!!

Do yourself a favor: AVOID. Terrible place to work. SKY high turn over and no one can seem to figure out why. No real benefits - no paid holidays, no PTO, expensive health plan, no respect for employees, always understaffed do to turnover. There is no organization - they refuse to be innovative and actually step into the 21st century. A very chaotic place to be. An interview question that is asked is: If I say jump you say: ??? Draw your own conclusions - to me that screams I have no respect for you.

Avoid working here.. This is my first review but based on my time working there: this was a horrible place to work for. They are incredibly unorganized and unwilling to train appropriately which makes them look bad to their customers. You're asked to do 100 things at once and with no training it gets overwhelming- and fast. Nice people outside of work, but not worth your time.

worse company to work for. Very cheap company to work for, plus they?re rude and unprofessional when it comes to assigning cases. Manager?s don?t listen both side of story they are judgmental by doing this they think they are blessing their customers. Wrong you are losing good employees. Wake from deep sleep I am sure there are good companies now ?what out you might lose business?.
