9. Every neighborhood should have an independent coffee shop - and everyone in the neighborhood should support it. I live in St. Paul but recently stopped here with friends. The place is comfy with great outdoor seating. The young couple running it are friendly and very much a part of the neighborhood - they even have special events and donate funds to help the neighborhood.
