Awesome Job!

We have been taking our Bichon Poodle to the Paw Spa ever since he was a puppy, five years ago. We have been very pleased with his cut, each and every time. Even though we only take him in every three to four months, and he looks really rough, they are so sweet about not preaching to us about getting him in more often. As poodle owners know, he gets ear hair. Recently, at a visit to the vet, they commented on how healthy his ears look! With each visit to the Paw Spa, they diligently clean out the ear hair. Well done!!

Great Experience!

I had a great experience bringing my kitties there to have their claws trimmed. I can't get them to hold still myself, but when I bring them into the paw spa, the ladies there are able to do the job- for both of them- in under 20 minutes. and their prices are really cheap. I would highly recommend Paw Spa, at least for kitty manicures!

• Pros: Walk right in, no appointment, nice location, accomplish the job very quickly
• Cons: none really.

Finish the job!

My cat was brought into the paw spa to get a lion cut. He had been cut four times before by a different groomer and looked great! The groomer we previously went to moved to a new state so we thought we would try the paw spa. It took two weeks to get him in and when we brought him in the day of his appointment the groomer asked how we wanted him cut. When we came to pick him up the groomer said she couldn't control him so she hadn't trimmed his chest like we asked. When we got home and took him out of the cage he was only HALF DONE! I called back and asked if the groomer could finish him a different day. They REFUSED to finish the job and said that he was such a bad cat he shouldn't come back again. After four years of perfect lion cuts, I couldn't believe that he would be so bad that they could only do half his cut and they still charge us full price. Don't let them rip you off. Bad customer service and bad grooming...STAY AWAY!
