Bad news!

I had been a customer of Twin City tire for years. They seemed like a good company because the company I work for had there vehicles serviced there so I started going.

I started getting bills for 1300 and 1700 never small bills and I had an alternator put in very expensive 5 or 6 hundred. My lights were dimming my dash was flashing and battery light was on. I took it back and was treated like I never been treated in my life by a gentleman in a wheel chair. The other fellow was equally as rude! I reported these folks nothing was done no apology no call NOTHING! Mean I bring the car back and the wheelchair guy says I never called which I did and they say the car is fine. I know it's NOT! Now I am riding along and the car starts running funny lights flashing airbag light battery charge light flashing. I had my dad in the car it's about 15 degrees. The car stops won't start. I had just painted the car. A cop pushes me out of the road cracks my newly painted cars paint. I had to get the car towed which they found the ALTERNATOR was defective! Now they charge me 200.00 again. I asked for Ray to call me because I was a loyal customer HE NEVER CALLED! This is the topper I also have a Intrepid they serviced it and continued their high priced service and got me for close to 1000.00 but at payment time they say "hey you might want to check your fifth cylinder! Well don't you tell they customer that before you extract the 1000.00? We sold they car after they charged the 1000.00 because who wants to spent that kind of $ when the engine has those problems!? Twin Cities YOU SUCK!

Really overcharged me

took my car in for a repair that costed 300 elsewhere 2 years ago.

my bill was over 600.

Professional Only Service for over 30 Yrs

There is not one other facility anywhere in the 50 states that has a clue about Nascar style TRUE & BALANCE of Tires.

I will put up 500 dollars to the first person who can find one other shop.

I've been going here for over 30 years.

If you want perfection and smoothest running tires at 130 mph, then you are more than lucky you stopped here.

Places like Discount Tire could care less, go ahead, try them. Their just down the street from anyone.

Yet I drive 30 miles to go to the best. It's not an option, My safety, and yours depends on it.

Twin City Tire has the same class of service like I do when I service the Jet you arrived on.

When I service Jets, I sign my name on the dotted line, just like here.
