Disappointing Dragon.
I went here with a friend. She seemed to enjoy her combo platter, but mine was disappointing. The fried rice was tasty, as was the egg fu young, or would have been if there weren't eggshells in it. The waitress was very nice and called the manager. Who was dismissive and did not offer any discount or to redo the dish. The mushroom chicken was made with canned mushrooms just thrown on top, and chicken pieces that were too small to see. Overall not the most positive experience. Not worth the money or the time. There are lots of other tastier places that have better ambiance as well. My advice? Head somewhere else.
(I'd like to thank my server though, she seemed genuinely unhappy that we weren't offered compensation for the bad experience. She deserves to be working somewhere nicer.)

The best chinese food served in the TC is @ Village Wok.
I have been all over the place in the US, even in China Towns. This is the real deal.

Horrible!.
This is possibly the worst Chinese food I have had in the Twin Cities. I paid $20 for food for one person and the portions were so small that I wasn't even full after eating it. I can't imagine spending that much money on food and still being hungry at any other Chinese place I've ever been.
I love cream cheese wontons, but these were by far the worst I have ever had. They were almost spicy and the sweet and sour sauce they sent with was aweful too.
Finally, I found a piece of hair in my food. I had to stop eating after I found it because it grossed me out so much, so my $20 was basically completely wasted. I will never eat here again!

Wonderful Chinese Food.
You need to give this place a try! If you like Shuang Cheng, this place is pretty comparable. The food is great and the prices inexpensive. Try the Beef Chow Fun.
