Don't bother going there.. I called this Car-x on Friday night and asked them if I should make an appointment for and oil change and a diagnostic on Saturday and they informed me that Saturday is first come first serve. I went in at 8am on Saturday only to be informed that they will not do an oil change or a diagnostic because it's Saturday. When I asked why they did't tell me that on the phone, the guy behind the counter said "Well, we weren't very busy yesterday." I'm not sure if it's company policy to waste peoples time or if it's just these guys way of having fun, but I know I will NEVER go to a Car-x again

Excellant Service, Products, Warranty. I've been going to this shop for longer than I can remember, and am 100% pleased. I was an auto mechanic for a long time, and am completely confident in the work they've done for me. My wife and daughter have had work done at this shop, and were as pleased, too.

They have always done whats needed and no more. The price is always competitive, and if there is a problem, they take care of it. ( a new wiper blade went bad & they replaced it for free). They also honor their warranties.

Also, while waiting for your work, you can go to the target range across the street where you can shoot a rental.

Crooks-Reporting them for trying to scam me. Im new to the area, so I thought I would give them a try to get my oil changed. I've been very satisfied with the Car X in my old neighborhood, so I assumed the Car X in Robbinsdale would be great as well. I brought it in today for an oil change, as well as to have my brakes examined. TONY, the manager told me that I needed a new serpentine belt, new roters (because he said they were behold having them resurfaced) along with new brakes pads and a new air filter (he said it was filthy an the pads were very worn). He quoted me $450 in repairs. By instincts told me to get a second opinion. I went to the Car X that was in my old neigborhood and they were discussed by what Tony in Robbinsdale had said. My original mechanics said my break pads and air filter were like new and my roters did not need to be replaced, just resurfaced. The only thing I needed, was a new belt. The total came to $130.00. I'm reporting the Car X in Robbinsdale for trying to scam me.

My primary car care center. I've used this Car-X for four years and wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I tend to buy older used cars for cheap so I know what it means to have a good, honest, dependable, economical garage that you can trust. This place is it. They do great work and when the occasional mistake is made (they are human, after all) they correct it quickly and for free. There have even been times when I have gone in for minior work and they have done it for free in almost no time at all. I have my oil changes done there every three months as well as all of my scheduled maintenance and any general repair work. I absolutetly trust them with my cars.

Unfinished Job for the pricing of two axles!. Bad service! I would not go there again! I requested for two of my front axles to be replaced and was charged for so. When I got my car back, luckly I noticed a clicking noise (of which I knew was from the axle) and asked for them to re-replace it. I was refused and told that it was replaced. Just to make sure that it was actually the axle, I came home, examined it myself and, obviously, noticed one brand new axle and an old axle. Eventually, I went there a second and third time and DEMANDED that it be looked at and fixed. Finally, their manager was on hand and personally looked at it himself. They eventually agreed to re-fix it; but, never apologized for any "mistakes" or wrong doing. I hope no one else has to go through what I've been through! That was a headache!
