Very warm and friendly. This is such a nice Place. Warm, friendly staff, great food, a open and spacious. The residents are all very nice. This is definatley the place for my mom!
Kind, Loving, Caring...GREAT place. My mom has been at Copperfield Hill for several years. She has had nothing but amazing service and care. The other residents are always friendly and welcoming. The nurses are so kind and loving. They go above and beyond their call of duty. The food is delicious and there are always a big variety of activities for mom to do. I have always been impressed with Copperfield Hill and what they do for their residents. If you want a place that is like family and a place for a loved one to call home then go to Copperfield! Think Twice before putting family here.
During the past few months there has been many thefts at Copperfield. Residents have been asked to report them to the office and not the Police. Nothing is being done to catch the employee. It has
to be an employee since there is no forced entry only the use of the master key for the apartments. Due to sentimental value, and monetary this has been sent to the State of MN as well and Copperfield is NOT cooperating with the State Agency either. Robbinsdale Police have now been called by at least 2 residents to report the thefts. Think twice before placing a family member here unless you keep all valuable and anything with sentimental value at another location.
Their brochure also says an RN is on duty 24 hours a day. They do not have an RN on duty in those buildings 24 x 7. Not a good place to have someone move into.…
