"How can this happen ? " We "try it again" when we really want kfc...maybe three times a year It usually is the wrong type chicken, wrong drinks or they forgot something. We know we should try another location but this is closest to us so we hope that time has fixed things. Coleslaw does not taste like other kfc's. Sometimes the gravy is super salty. How does this happen? We should get out of our cars and go in and watch them prepare our very own order but they are sposed to know what they are doing inside...not us!

We contact the mgr when we get the food home and after he hears it, he offers to send us a voucher for another replacement. They have never been apologetic for our inconvenience. This time, July 7, 2009 the mgr was very short with us on the phone. Well, it has been 3 and 1/2 weeks since we called there. Nothing in the mail yet. I am about to call "Charlie", the mgr....we will see......

I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

For more than 60 years, this all-American institution has been serving its signature chicken and home-style sides. – In Short
Established in 1939, this fast-food restaurant still makes its legendary fried chicken with the closely guarded blend of 11 herbs and spices originally created by founder Colonel Sanders. Modern additions to the menu include oven-roasted renditions of its chicken sandwiches, popcorn chicken, potato wedges and wraps. Classic sides include flaky, oversized biscuits, steaming-hot mashed potatoes and gravy, smoky-sweet baked beans and crisp, generously dressed coleslaw. Kids and adults love the "little bucket" parfaits of pudding desserts.
