Good for new installs

They show up on time and do exactly what they say. I would trust them totally on new installs, and their prices seem to be reasonable.

However this is offset if you have an older house that dosn't need everything to be "new". Granted that Minneapolis in particular is a total pain in the *** when it comes to codes, but Midland's solution is not to know the codes and grandfather old stuff in (as allowed by code) but so simply bring EVERYTHING up to current code. If you need new equipment to do that, then so be it. They'll give you a great price. Of course you might not actually need it.

I would Recommend them for new installs, when all that is needed though.

But if you need Minneapolis's idiotic code complience checks for your OLD system, find somone else who knows the finer details of what the code actually says for the older equipment.
