Everything was excellent, I was even
notified of a voluntary recall. The outside tempertature did pre-empt a car wash, however.

Overall went very well. The person I
made the appt. with was out with a sick child so Paul stepped in and took care of me. He helped walk me through what was covered by my service contract and door ding / scratch warranty. I said I wanted window tinting done and he was quick to point out what was doable on that visit. I appreciated his knowledge, honesty and the follows ups messages he provided throughout the day as the car was worked on. I timed my return to Motorwerks based on his information and he was accurate within a few minutes which was much appreciated as well. No waiting around!

One aspect of providing great service
is to be a great listener. I was concerned about a foul smell from the vents on a cold start. Paul lifted the hood and talked about the importance of clearing leaves and debris that accumulate either side of the filter, and also pointed out mouse droppings and the impact of these foreign materials relating to the air intake—good to know! Paul furnished this information without dismissing my concern, and the micro filter was replaced under warranty.

My experience was great. This is the
first service appointment that I had for our Mini and could not be more pleased. Tucker knew that i was from Rochester and he made a point to mention that he would do everything he could to get my car in and out since I had a long drive. On top of that, I found the waiting area quite comfortable. The donuts and coffee are a very nice touch. Overall, I had a great experience. Thanks a lot!

Service engine light soon came on after
scheduled repair. Paul explained what would need to be done ahead of time, let me know what scheduled maintenance was coming due and gave me the costs as far as they could be approximated at that time. He also reminded me about the extended warranty I have on the car and said he'd call me with times and costs once they had diagnosed the issue. This is exactly the information I am looking for when I come in for service and Paul did it quickly, politely and made me feel welcome and that my business was important to him.

I purchased my BMW originally from
Bellevue BMW and had a great relationship with that dealership. At the time I had two residences and recently closed down my apartment in Bellevue, WA. The car was transported here and this was it's first service appointment with you, a completely new dealer to me.John did a great job of making me feel comfortable to confident at every step.
