In Short
Grab a plate and belly up to the meat-and-veggie bar. Pile your plate with raw chicken, turkey, beef, lamb, pork, the veggies of your choosing and noodles. A staff member will help you select the proper combination of 10 sauces to get the fire and spice level you prefer. The resulting stir-fry is a tasty treat, and since you chose your own ingredients, there's no bamboo plate-filler to pick around.

Good service. Although had been there years before, was still a little confusing. Price is okay, had just missed the dinner special time frame. Cool to pick your own ingredients and have them prepared in front of you. Still not sure what the appetizers that were set in front of us were...

I visit Khan's about once every 3 or 4 weeks over the last several years! I love it, especially for lunch! Try to get there before noon or be prepared to wait 5-10 minutes on a Thursday or Friday. Monday - Wednesday you can usually get right in. They have a Great selection of fresh vegetables and meats, which you pile up in a bowl, top it with noodles to hold the stack together and then add your sauces. (You can build up your pile by putting the zucchini and green pepper sticks around the edge to create a larger 'basket' to hold your other veggies). Take it over the the cooks, tell them you want to have Peanuts added. Watch them cook your meal on a Hot Wok. Toss a dollar or two in the Tip basket and ring the gong (don't strike it too hard or you might scare the skin off other customers!) The gong at Roseville is about 3 times larger (and much deeper ring) than the one at Richfield. Fun dining, Great tasty food, and a real dining experience! I recommend you give Khan's a try!

I am just getting to writting a reveiw about eating at Kahns now after at least a dozens time eating there. Eatting at Kahns is for good company with good company as my grandmother always told me. It is the best eating you will do for the money spent and you get your moneys worth. My first time there was with my wife and we did not know what to expect , it turned out to be the best eating we have ever had. the staff was very helpful being it was the first time there for us, it was fun talking and getting our food cooked , we went back 3 times, I had invited a friend from my work and she came with her kids and they all loved Kahns . all i can say is if you like chinse food you will not be dispointed with a vist to Kahns.

Know Before You Go:
Lunch includes only a single trip to the griddle.
Save Money:
You can do the buffet as an all-you-can-eat meal at dinner or, from 4pm to 6pm weekdays and all night Tuesday, choose the one-serving-only "happy dinner."
The Extras:
When you hand your plate to one of the chefs who's sweating over a huge curved griddle (say yes when he offers to add peanuts to your plate), pitch a buck into the tip jar--you then get to pound the big gong, while the chefs shout their thanks.
