Best Chinese eat in or take out!. When I worked near by, we always ordered Chinese.. Bong and her family are the nicest and kindest people in the business and the food is GREAT!!! Sorry I dont live there anymore. Hello Bong! from your friends at Mesaba!!

Great Chinese dive. Hope's is a total hole in the wall, but it's got some great food! My personal favorites are the chicken fried rice (which can last me a few meals, they pack that container full!) and the cream cheese wantons.

It's the Chow Mein, stupid!. I've got two phrases for you. "Chicken Chow Mein" and "Take out". It's all you need to know. Call, order, pickup. Large meaty pieces of chicken, nice sauce (no, it's not the consistency of Jello!), and not too much celery. If there's such a thing as perfect take-out chow mein, this just might be it. This truly is unlike nay chow mein you've had at any other chinese restaurant in the Twin Cities.
