Got ignored. Slim Selections. I went in on 3 separate occasions. The first time, the ladies said hello and handed me books to look through since I didn't know what I wanted. Nothing too special, I could have gone through books on my own.

The second time I went through, hoping maybe a new style came in that I didn't see before, they only had about 10 styles of dresses and only 2 in my size. I do have some extra weight, but the lady made me feel like I was obese and needed to go purge.

The third and final time I went in, there were 2 associates hanging out and I got completely ignored while my best friend and I were loudly talking about how I wanted to find the perfect wedding dress and I didn't know what the prices were or anything. They just said "take a look around" and when I wanted to try something on I had to ask them, one of the younger girls rolled her eyes and lead me into the small changing area.

The last time I was in there, as I was trying on a dress a very petite girl came in talking about how she wanted to buy a dress and they both helped her out and basically ignored me. It seemed like they forgot I was trying on a dress when the girl came back to bring 3 dresses for the customer to try on.

I DO NOT recommend them, they don't have a wide variety and unless you are petite or a model, you get ignored.

Great Service from Friendly staff. I found my perfect wedding dress two days before my appointment at the chapel of love, but decided to go and look anyway. The dresses in stock were very beautiful and reasonably priced (most are under $500). The staff was helpful and understanding of the fact that I had already found my dress. If you are looking for a good value in a non-pushy atmosphere, check out the Chapel of Love.

Everything a bride and groom could need is found in this all-in-one wedding stop in the Mall of America.. The Scene
It's the world's first wedding chapel in an enclosed mall, open since 1994. Located on the third floor next to Bloomingdale's, the boutique has everything from Jessica McClintock gowns to plastic cake toppers. The chapel is quaint and simple, with white booths, candles, flowers and enough room for about 70 guests. It's easy, convenient and perfect for the budget-conscious couple.

The Goods
Get your dress, wedding invitations, champagne flutes, photo albums and the ever-popular bride-and-groom bubble gum in the boutique. For the wedding, you can request a Christian, civil or "spiritual" ceremony. Several packages are offered, from the "premier" wedding (consultation, use of changing room, processional music and 60-minute ceremony) to the simplest "dream" wedding (20-minute ceremony, romantic music and an officiate). Photography packages are also available.
