Great AC. Great AC kept the room nice and cool. Despite the relatively small size of the room, it had a big shower with good water pressure and light. I really only needed a place to stay for the night, so luxury wasn't a hugre priority, but I walked to the mall a mile or so, which wasn't bad... as long as it's day time and you're not draging kids along with you. My only real complaint, is that the remote control didn't work. I didn't eat the free breakfast, but I'm guessing it wasn't anything special, but for the price of the room, I'm sure it was sufficient.

good price. We got a good price on the room considering we arrived on Labor Day weekend. Room was clean and the pool and hot tub facility was nice. Also it was convenient and close to Mall of America.

good value. good value for the money. no elevators had to walk 3 flights carrying luggage. close to the Mall of America(3 mins). Staff very friendly, and fast when we needed items. Very quite hotel, pool was small, but good for children.

no problems at all.. Check out time was 11, and when my friend and I arrived at 1:30 on the day we were to check in, the guy at the front desk wasn't sure if our room was clean or not. He sent us up to the room with a key and we walked in on a guy in his underwear who hadn't checked out yet. Other than that, no problems at all.

I would like that same room.. There really wasn't a problem with the room I had. It was cozy for 2. Heat and hot water was perfect. (A must for me) Didn't really need service being that I had nothing wrong. Room was on the ground floor which was also a great thing for me. When I come back (and I will) I would like that same room.

huge value for the price!. very close to the mall and airport. very clean room with microwave and fridge. will stay here again next time we go to the mall of america. huge value for the price!

great location. Nothing special, but great location (less than a mile from Mall of America & and several restuarants). Good price also.

Convenient location. Convenient location by the interstate--easy to navigate to many places. You get what you pay for. Good for travelers on a budget or on business.

I will surely return. When I arrived at the hotel,I didn't know my way around. The attendant called a cab for me.I even got recommendations on take-out and such. I will surely return if I am in the area.
