average. The atmosphere is friendly and the stylists and staff aren't "snooty" at all. The best service that I've had there would have to be the shampoo/haircut and style. The stylist "Angela" knew how to work with my hair and did a really nice job. The manicures/pedicures I would say are average. I'd rather go to the local "nail" shop. They give better massages on my legs, they have a more variety of nail polish colors and at half the price. The massages are also average but if you want to completely relax, you have to make it a point to tell the massage therapist that you aren't in the mood to talk. It is a very small space but intimate.
