Mermaid Car Wash - THE VERY BEST!

I have been having my car washed and waxed at Mermaid Car Wash for over 15 years and can't say enough good things about their service.

Their service and employees are excellent. They never fail to meet my expectations.

Today I had a pleasant surprise when the owner approached me when he noticed I was a Korean Vet. He thanked me for serving our country and took my ticket with his compliments.

Attention to detail is always excellent.

If you want excellent service this is the place to take your vehicle.

Mermaid Carwash Smashed my Car

I would never recommend Mermaid Carwash. After going in and out of the trunk while using my car all morning, I decided to get a wash at Mermaid. While waiting quite a while for my car to exit the wash into the drying area, I noticed that the car that was behind me in line came out of the wash ahead of me. I also noticed that there was a large empty space in front of my car where another car should have been. After my car was dried, the trunk lid was left open so I put my briefcase in the trunk, got into the car and the attendant closed the lid. When I arrived home, I decided to detail the car more thoroughly. As I finished wiping the trunk area I realized the area around the license plate had been hit and the trunk was badly damaged. I immediately drove back to Mermaid where they absolutely took no responsibility and instead blamed it on me. In fact, they went so far as to say that there were no cameras to prove my allegations and the car could of been hit on the way home. I know they must have insurance for this type of accident but instead I am left with an $800.00 bill to fix my trunk.
