Horrible customer service. I purchased a wig at the Merle Norman store in the Knollwood Mall, St. Louis Park. The woman who sold it to me was polite and helpful. I was told the wig could be trimmed by a qualified stylist which is what I did (bangs only). The bangs stick out due to a defect in how the wig is tied. I brought it in to the manager who proceded to cut and thin it to the point that it is now unwearable. She would not give me a refund or exchange it and she also charged me for the haircut. She was rude and very aggressive. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I left there in tears. I will never set foot in their store again. There are two other Merle Norman stores in the Twin Cities, Roseville and Woodbury. I received great customer service at both and found their selections to be better as well.

Great Products!. My skin was so dry until I stopped in at Merle Norman located in St. Louis Park, MN. The sales reps there were so helpful and found a product they thought would work best for me. It sure did work and I have tried a lot of other products with no success! I highly recommend this store for their great service and products!
