Great Service!!. I have been nursing along and periodicly bringing my 1995 Saturnn back to life for some time now. The car has 192,000 miles on it. I really don't want to spend a lot of money on this car.

Driving to work last Wednesday, I heard an alarming noise from under my car whenever I came to a stop. I was in the area of 394 and Louisiana and saw the CarX sign. I decided to stop in and see if they could tell me if I should keep driving the car that day.

Both gentlemen behind the counter, Kirk and the older man Don were both very eager to help me. The technician, Roger looked at my car on the lift and told me there was just a heatshield rattling on the exhaust and he could repair it for cheap. He also let me know about a tire on the front of my car that was very bad, steel cords were showing. I had them repair the noise and install new (but inexpensive) tires on my car.

They even gave me a ride to work and picked me up when it was done.

Thanks to Don, Kirk, and Roger for the great service and helping me to avert tragidy with the bad tire and getting rid of the annoying noise that alerted me.

BTW, Love the coffee! They have a KEURIG coffe maker with a great assortment of coffees!

Horrible Customer Service Skills Here.... Have to say that this might be the worst customer service I have seen in a while - both on the phone and in person. I needed a new wiper motor on my car, thunderstorms were 100% chance that day so needed to get them done. They clearly ripped me off after further investigation on cost of this fix. Plus they pushed and pushed on sales of other 'need to be fixed' items that I told them in the beginning I was not fixing since it was just a car I was borrowing. Seriously poor customer service skills, I will not ever bring my car back to that location or any other Car-X location again.

Horrible Service and Manager!. Worst place ever! The Manager doesn't understand respect and common courtesy. I don't understand why Car X has people like that "managing" the place. I don't remember his name, it's the old guy.

I went in to get my converter replaced. Once that was done, my car was making louder noises and puffing a foul smelling engine odor. It wasn't a new car, but the car wasn't in that condition prior to going in. Of course I wasn't happy. I complained only to have the Manager get in my face, yelling at my husband and I telling us not to "tell him how to do his job." ON TOP of that, they charged us for 2 gaskets...when I got home to check what they did, the gaskets WERE NOT THERE!! They had put in the new ones then removed it and put my old ones back; BUT they still charged me for new gaskets that were not on my car. DO NOT GET SERVICE at this Car X.
