Green horizons is terrible! Does not show up on time, always over bills us and has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with!! Do not go with them! We regret using them! Can't believe how rice and unresponsive they are!!

Green Horizons has proven to be the worst lawn company we've used. They have been late, unresponsive, unreliable and have the provided the worst customer service. When we call to request a service the men who answer the phones are condescending and rude also don't expect to get the same answer twice, seems they don't keep any account notes. Unreliable, condescending and rude seem to be a trend with these reviews. You get what you pay for cheap low quality service.

Big box lawn care company that provides bad customer service. Weekly mowing price is low, but price of other services is high. I used Green Horizons for one year to care for my lawn, which was newly sodded and in need of special attention when mowing. GH routinely failed to mow large parts of my lawn, threw my water hoses on top of my plants (without apology or even responding to the complaint), and recommended services that were ill-advised for a newly-sodded lawn. I don't recommend Green Horizons. It's the Walmart of lawn care companies. Instead, pay a few bucks more for a local company to do the job with more care and attention to detail.

Over the years, quality of service has declined significantly. Damaged my step three years ago, claimed they would fix it, and never did. Poor customer service.

Exceptional service!!. Green Horizons have been mowing and fertilizing my lawn since 2008. They’re committed to satisfying their customers. I’ve had a problem with the mowing. The crew missed a spot, I called customer service and they fix the problem right away. The crew came back that same day, and took care of it. Other than that minor problem everything else has been smooth. I have and will continue to recommend Green Horizons.

Excellent Service. I have used Green Horizons for 14 years and we have been very satisfied with the service. They have a fully staffed office and they are very friendly. The service is also reasonably priced but yet high quality. I will recomended them to a number of friends and family.

Green Horizons Rocks. My wife and I have used Green Horizons for years, for all our services. They are very reliable and friendly. I like the fact that you can sign up for services online and they have a very knowledgeable office staff.

My yard looks great, as a result several of my neighbors now use them.

Great Company. I have used this company for over 10 years. They have done all of my yearly outdoor maintenance. From the basic mowing to installing an sprinkler system. I did have an issue with their leaf clean up in the fall once, I called them and they returned that night to clean the area missed.

I would recommend them to whomever asked. I feel that they have worked out any issues that have come up.

Unreliable - Be Cautious. I have paid for snow removal service. They either do not show up or show up whenever they feel like it. I cannot leave my house. Terrible service, irresponsible company. They will also not refund your money and their customer service is absent. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
