I'm Sold on Cronstroms. The entire Cronstroms team was great! Chad and Jeff did a great job on installation. I chose Cronstroms because of Terry. He was not pushy about making a sale in any way. He was very knowledgeable and offered a couple of great suggestions that I didn’t get from other companies. He really sold me on Cronstroms!

Have been using them for 27 years. I am so pleased with my installation of my new Goodman Furnace and Central Air Conditioning Unit from Cronstroms’ one hour. The whole process starting from beginning to end went extremely smoothly. From Terry’s coming over to give me an estimate to the actual installation of the equipment by Jeff and chad, everything went without a hitch. Had it not been for Terry explaining all the rebates that were available, I don’t think I would have gone ahead with the project.

I have been a Cronstroms customer for as long as I ‘ve lived in my hone, 27 years. This is my third furnace and second central air conditioning unit Cronstroms has installed for me. If I’ve stayed a Cronstroms customer for all these years, it’s because of the friendliness and professionalism of their staff, the fact that anyone from Cronstroms who has come to my home has always been very careful to keep their workspace and the rest of the house clean, and the fact that cronstroms has been a BBB accredited business with an A+ rating for 35 years. I don’t know if any other heating and air conditioning contractor in the Twin cities can make that claim.

Kudos to the entire company! They have great staff and have made sure I’ve stayed warm in the winter and cool in the summer for the past 27 years.

Expensive and they will place you on their call list. Once a customer, they will place you on their call list to sell you expensive maintenance. They don't even ask if you want it but place the hard sell asking when they can come out. Unless you want to have sales calls at night for useless services, don't use them!
