44.868606 -93.354694Yikes! I have a bad feeling about this after reading the reviews. Had them repair a windshield, not it leaks, wind noise, etc. Auto dealership verified the seal is bad. Notified my insurance and now Alpine today. Hoping and praying they will fix it.
SCAMMERS! Alpine Glass makes illegal telemarketing calls.
I have been receiving unlawful telemarketing calls from Alpine Glass. I am registered with the government's "Do Not Call" list a.k.a. www.DoNotCall.gov.
I Googled their phone number and found hundreds of similar complaints. I asked the individual for their contact information, but the woman hung up.
It appears Alpine Glass unlawfully calls certain areas after a huge storm passes through in an attempt to attain business from consumers.
I will seek legal remedies against this disgusting organization.
Terrible. This company called me and as soon as they heard I didn't need my windshield fixed.. they just hung up on me. Rude.
Doesn't abide by no call list!.
Calls doesn't leave a message. Call back is disconnected number.

Unbelievable.
They solicited me by telephone, which I thought unusual, given the nature of the business, but it just so happened I did need a windshield replacement on one of my vehicles. I gave them all the information they requested and was told they would call me the next day and let me know if there was a problem of any kind.
When I didn't hear from them that next day (Friday), I called them on Monday to follow up and make sure they were on schedule for the next day replacement. As usual, I was sent to voicemail and had to wait for a callback. I tried repeated times that day to call back when I didn't hear from them. Finally, I did get through and was told that everything was a go.
When it rained the day of the appointment, we were told it would have to be rescheduled two weeks later. Two weeks later, when they called to say they were on their way, they verified my home address as the place of call and not my work. I was told they would again have to reschedule the appointment due to the address problem, which was completely their fault. One week later on the rescheduled date, they contacted me again to say they were on their way, but again they were headed to my home address. Again I was told because of this they would have to reschedule.
Sorry, but if they can't get it right the second time, there is simply no excuse! If they do that poor a job with the paperwork, imagine what kind of job they would do on the actual glass replacement!
As a footnote, when I contacted a competitor to do the work everything went extremely well. In the process, I learned Alpine Glass had never even contacted my insurance company regarding the claim, meaning they lied to me. I was told my insurance company had been contacted and everything had been approved so there would be no out of pocket expense. Really....steer clear of these people!
Keep calling just in case I need glass service. They call people just in case you happen to have a chip in your windshield. Ridiculous. I have asked repeatedly to be taken off their do not call list. What if every business calls you in case you need something that you might buy once every twenty years - need a new muffler, happen to need a new radiator this year, need a new alarm clock radio.
The worst place I have ever delt with!. I had a window replaced due to a rock from the road. The first time they came out there was air coming through. It took weeks to get them back out, when they came out they only replaced the seal. The air was still coming through. It took almost a month to get them back out again and they only came when I said I had another car that needed a new windshield. They replaced the windshield this time and put a new windshild in our other car. This time they did not put the outside strip back on the window, now there is a huge gap all the way around the window where the seal should go. Several weeks later they came out again just to argue with my husband and tell him the Honda CRV doesn?t have an outside seal on the window. This is absurd because all cars have one and the gap is not standard on any car. They refused to let us talk to any one else and have not returned a phone call in 2 weeks. They are the worst company I have ever worked with. DO NOT USE THEM if you value your car, safety, time and sanity
