Worst nail experience EVER!!!!!! – Let me start off by saying that I am no novice to spa/or salon experience. I have been to very high end salons, as well as bare bones shops. Wherever you go, service will always make the difference.
To begin with there was a wedding party finishing up their manicures and pedis under the drying fans. One member of the party was VERY loud with gossiping and TMI story telling that made it hard for me and the other patrons to relax during our pedicures. After they leave and everyone breathes a sigh of relief, two ladies come in to complain about a brow wax they had received there earlier in the day. My tech leaves me to go address this issue and then the manager comes in yelling saying take your $Ten dollars and NEVER come back, which he says to the brow complainers while yelling from the Pedi tubs in front of 4 other customers. How unprofessional can you get. Basically telling everyone in a full shop that if you have a complaint this is the treatment you will receive. Then while my tech is doing my manicure, she CUTS my skin on my cuticle causing me to bld. and barely apologizes. Still bleeding mind you, asks me to dip my hand in a paraffin wax tub. SERIOUSLY, can you get any more unsanitary???! Who knows who else's bleeding hand has been in there. Her whole attitude during my mani and pedi, was "I don't want to be here". She did not offer to carry my purse over to the drying fans or anything. She was simply rude! NEVER AGAIN!
