Old fashioned sales and service.. This is the type of store that we need to keep in business before taken over by impersonal, non caring big box stores.

A C Carlson truly wants happy customers and they do everything they can to make sure that is what they get.

The brands and pricing are excellent. You know thqt the person that you are dealing with is not someone who was selling insurance or magazines last week and then got a job at a big box store for something to do.

Loving our new Frigidaire Washer/Dryer. "Thank You" A.C. Carlson for "going the extra mile" !

We went to A.C. Carlson with our "unique" situation of living in a townhome and needing a new "stackable" washer/dryer to fit in the only available spot of a "closet/cubby" on the second floor.

Matt showed us some options which one of them was exactly what we were imagining and both Matt and Luke were willing to come and review our situation before installation. This was all a huge relief after having shopped for some time and becoming more discouraged with our limitations.

We appreciate the caring and considerate customer service we received from A.C. Carlson. That's hard to find nowadays!

A.C. Carlson is what's right about dealing with small, independent business. I received the best, most professional service in the purchase of our new Whirlpool refrigerator. The price was more than competitve with the big box stores, without the drama. We were (of course) in a rush to have our new fridge delivered, and Gordy and his staff made sure that it happened. Once the delivery team arrived, I was likewise impressed with their efficiency, kindness and great attitude. A.C.Carlson is, hands down, your best value when purchasing new appliances

Great Selection, great service, better appliances for the price you'd pay at a big box store. This is a great store for home appliances - the staff knows the inventory, the quality for the price is better than the "big box" stores and the service and speed of delivery is great. Doesn't matter if it is a have to replace situation or just moving up to something better, the experience shopping there is a great one.
