AlexAudio&VideoServiceInc brought my dead furnace back to life. Faced with furnace replacement($1500-$3000) vs pro(?!)furnace repair($600-$1000) vs replace part myself ($200-$400) vs bring in electronic module/relay from my WR 36E35 202 gas valve, I chose the last. 8 drops of molten solder later (intricately, expertly applied to device) in and out in 20 minutes! Furnace works like new! AlexAudio&VideoServiceInc saved my household $$$! (Supercute receptionists too!) Will bring all electronic repair to folks at AlexAudio&VideoServiceInc. Thanks/LA

Pros: Prompt, courteous, expert service

Cons: Tech worked so fast could not finish chat with receptionists

Has contract with Best Buy to repair large televisions. Says they will pickup and return television and hook up exactly as the found it, even when asked multiple times. They even go to the trouble of labeling all cables they unhook. But then when they return television any cable they are unsure of they leave on the floor behind television, never informing owner they didn't connect all wires. For in-home service, they don't even do a cursory check to see if there is anything wrong. They came to the home labeled wires, removed TV, took it to their shop, took 4 days and $350 to determined nothing was wrong with TV, then returned TV and didn't connect all wires. When called afterwards they claim it's not in their contract with Best Buy, they do the best they can and they are not responsible to reconnect any of the wires even if their employees said they would. And unfortunately I didn't ask around ahead of time. Other friends and family have had similar experience with this company.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Does not stand by employee's word.
