What happened to Customer Service?. I do not recommend! This was the best place to have all your glass needs taken care of when Bill Staye ran the shop. However I recently went in to have a bedroom window repaired but the service was sub standard. My roommate dropped the window off early on a Thursday afternoon and was told that there was no one in to give a quote, so they would call me back in the morning. I waited all Friday morning but no call. Then in the afternoon I called them, no answer. A gal called me back about an hour later and quoted a reasonable price but it could not be picked up until Monday. I was a surprised at this as I only have a storm window keeping the heat in at home and it was an easy fix. The gal suggested that if Monday wasn
