New King Buffet. There food is okay, it's just that they had bad serving drinks. This guy took my drink to go refill... and never brought it back...

WORST buffet ever!!!. Is a horrible place to eat and take out. The food is great, but you get charge for extra if you grab alot or waste. The CASHIER has the most nasty attitude EVER!!! even when you call for a take out...Never going to this place again!!! OVER CHARGE and that cashier (i think is most be the son) NEED TO BE IN ANGER MANAGEMENT!!!

OVER PRICED, UNFRIENDLY!!!!. Just came back from the horrible place! Went at 6pm on a Tuesday, there was singed posted that you will be charged extra for food waste and you were only allow 2 CRAB LEGS PER MEAL!!!! or you will be charged another 5 bucks for extra legs. on top of a $11.25 buffet price!!!

the food was bland!!!!!

I WILL NEVER GO BACK! THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE!

Why bother.. The food is dry, and not enough flavor. I hate their attitude, and I found a staple in my food. What kind of place staples there take out anyway? Why would I want to come to a place where people insult me by the way they act, it's a shame I used to love this place when I was younger. I might add one time I ate here and I became ill with stomach flu. I don't even want to step foot in the place because they act so nasty, so I never will again. If I can help it.

watch out. i never used my usbank card because my wife and i have a joint account now...but i recently used it here and two days later fraud charges from wisconsin popped up...before that i used the card 2 months prior...so im guessing they are using a skimmer or wrote my card number down....plus the food is bland....just go down town minneapolis

Horrible food. Awful experience and the food totally sucked and the servers act irritated when you don't eat every grain of food on your plate. Save your money goes elsewhere

amazing buffet. I was just there for dinner service around 6 last night. The place was packed. the food was amazing, hot and tasty, alot of choices here including snow crab legs which tasted perfect..not watery like most buffets. the mongolian was fantastic and the service was on top of it..I would recommend this buffet to anyone whos looking for a new one to try. at least 40 different items to try if not more..and all msg free :).

Excellent Food. New King Buffet is a very well established restaurant. Great food, I love the Mongolian BBQ, their staff do very well with asking if me and my company need anything, I get my refills when I have 1/3 left, even when they don't notice I ask and get a refill in a couple minutes. I would rate this restaurant with 5 Stars. Don't let the bad reviews turn you away. I don't know why people dislike the place. I know that once in a blue moon I will get a bad experience, like cold food, incorrect beverage, over-cooked Mongolian food, but other than that, you cant let one bad experience go to your head.

King Buffet downsliding. I have eaten here many times. Usually, the food is good when you can get it. However, I have had problems getting lobster rolls on a consistent basis. When I ask a worker, I'm told "all out." Today, the egg drop soup was COLD. It wasn't warm at all. The lo mein noodles were cold. And the lobster rolls were sodden with grease. This was by far my worst experience with New King. I notified the staff and they didn't appear eager to do anything about it. They earned their 1 star today for poor food quality and service. I won't be going back until effective changes are made. There are other choices like C1 nearby.

Why called buffet, when you can't eat all you can.. I have to agreed with reviews above. the only thing i don't like about this place and any other chinese buffet in the twin city. they don't have enough crab legs on hand. once they bring it out, you can't take too much if you do they (worker/owner) gets angry at you. It's a buffet. you suppose to have lots of food. I've seen the owner at new king buffet makes people put back some crab legs, cause he took a plate full
