Worst Service Ever. Ive been to red lobster a few times in a few locations and this was the only visit I plan on making in the Minneapolis area. I ended up going on a weekend when the Minnesota Vikings were playing and apparently the staff was more concerned about the game then they were about doing their jobs.

The matre'd was great, very friendly and found us great seating right away. The server found us immediately got us started with a few drinks and an appetizer.

Then I noticed there was a group of menus and a spray bottle sitting on a table directly next to our booth. Another waitress was spraying the menus with a cleaner and wiping them clean. This is a normal job I would assume but when customers are being seated and served right next to you, you would think the intellegent thing would be to move to another area away from their food and stop spraying chemicals in the air. But once again I get a reminder why Vikings fans are not so intellegent, she remained at her station staring at the tv spraying the same menu for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile as im eating im getting snuffed out by a cleaning spray. Then she disappears for a while. We eventually get our meals but the server forgot our drinks and turns out the bar did too. Got our drinks and then I realized I never got my order of crab legs. Server leaves to go find out whats happening.

Then the return of the 2nd server. Starts spraying the same menu she just cleaned 20 minutes ago. As the Vikings were lining up for a punt she goes "ooh yeee they are kicking a field goal".

The manager or who I assume is the manager comes to me and appologizes about the missing crab legs and said they forgot to cook them and have just started and they should be out shortly. Whatever I thought, I like crab legs and it shouldn't take too long to get them. Then I over heard the people in the booth in front of us ask where their drinks were.

Finally my crab legs come out. The server plants them in front of me and goes, you did still want these right? Good golly lady I waited for how long to get these even after I was done with my entree, what do you think?

While server #2 is spraying away on her 2nd menu, she apparently moved on to the next one, I started on my crab legs only to find out they were cold. Well I wasn't about to ask them to recook them and server #2 was driving me nuts. We paid our bill gave a little tip and got the hell out of dodge.

Note: this place is probably pretty good but never ever go on a day the Vikings or any Minnesota sports team is playing. They apparently save their genious staff members for those nights and youll end up with some pretty terrible service.

Casual crustacean-inspired chain serves up diet-defying seafood dishes in a family-friendly environment.. In Short
Live lobsters wriggle in a tank inside this seafood emporium, where nautical-patterned booths and colorful, fish-shaped tables in the bar area add subdued touches of whimsy to the room's classy dark wood accents. The menu can be downright decadent, with starters of artichoke lobster dip, seafood fondue, and crab-stuffed mushrooms. Entrees feature lighter, grilled fare like mahi-mahi and North Atlantic sea scallops, along with signature lobster dishes, snow crab legs, and jumbo fried shrimp platters.

Great new bar. I've been to this Red Lobster many times. Of course it's very similar to others in the chain. Things like the menu, prices, drink choices, etc. are very much the same. About 2 years ago this Red Lobster re-did their bar, and it's great. The thing is huge, and a pleasure to have a drink at.

Parking for this restaurant is usually good. The staff is adequate, and the food is good.
