Bar None - Worst Auto Dealer in the STATE
by TLP1 at Citysearch
Simply the worst dealership I've dealt with in 20+ years of car buying! The sales process was an all day painful event even though I walked in knowing exactly what I was going to buy. Then comes the "service", they make the sales team look fantastic. I'm not posting because I have any sour grapes, we love the van and it's a great vehicle for us. I'm posting so that NOBODY has to deal with this dealership's service department. They are absolutley useless. There are dozens of options for buying cars in the Twin Cities, if you find one you like at Bloomington Chrysler you should go to another dealer and ask them to find you one just like it because they will. Don't subject yourself to this dealer! I really wish there was a way to rank them with zero stars!!!
Worst auto shop

They don't even get 1 star in my book. After I left the shop, my car pulled to the right drastically, my tire leaks considerably, and my gas mileage has dropped by almost half. Yet when I call to talk to the service dept (after multiple messages left unreturned), they tell me that only the tire pulling can be an issue. There is no way that's a coincidence. I'm quite sure that they damaged my car somehow so that I would be forced to bring it back. NEVER GO HERE!!
doesn't get any worst then this.

Service Manager pulled a bait and switch. Brought vehicle in for a recall and tech preformed unauthorized work. After many conversations on this miscommunication and conduct, all I got was 'My hands are tied'. Even from the start when I brought the vehicle in it was slow service I even made an appointment and they didn't serve me accordingly. In order to get my vehicle back I had to pay the bill. Service was unhelpful, very poor and unfriendly. When I finally went to pick up my vehicle I had to wait 30 mins before anyone would help, no one could help me but the cashier and he was no where to be found yet no one felt the need to find him for me. Once bill was paid I was sent to go find my vehicle in a mass parking lot of vehicles. It was -10 degrees and had no clue where to begin. Eventually the unauthorized 'work' they preformed caused another problem I now have to deal with. Poor poor service, doesn't get any worst then this. I will NEVER bring my vehicle back here again, and I highly recommend driving a little farther out to a different dealer who will serve you properly.
- Pros: none
- Cons: Untrustworthy manipulative crooks
Very poor service: Avoid

Signed up using the internet service scheduler. Received no information on when the car should be available for pick up on a drop off. The escheduler does not provide a phone number to the place, so you have to somehow find a number. Also, the scheuler site does not provide payment information and I never received a call when the work was completed. When I thought of calling at 6:02p.m. on a Friday, I learned the store closes it 6 and no one would pick up the phone though they were undoubedly still there. Service is closed on Saturday. I recommend going somewhere else.
- Cons: Service is an issue.
