Excellent service!

I visited Bravo bras this afternoon to get fitted for a bra for my wedding dress. I used Bravo Bras 4 years ago and was very satisfied, so, I was a little nervous reading some negative reviews, and wondered if things had changed....

I arrived at my appointment and was seen promptly by Judy. We tried on several bras and when we found the right fit, we tried it on with my dress to make sure it worked. I was in an out within 45 minutes, and best of all, I was able to buy the bra and take it home with me. Once again, I am a very satisfied customer!

If you are like me, and can't shop at Victoria's Secret because none of the bras fit you, then this is the place to visit!

MOST HUMILIATING AND DISAPPOINTING APPOINTMENT

I drove two hours to this store and felt unwelcomed from the moment I arrived. The whole appointment felt rushed and I felt like I was being pushed to buy a bra I didn't like and wasn't comfortable. I never even got to try on a custom-fit bra, even though I specifically asked. I was finally told by an unhappy fitter "We'll we tried" as she handed me the bra I wore in and basically left the room. I have never been so humiliated in my life. To make matter worse; they charge a $25 fee just for making you feel bad during your bra fitting and then kicking you out the door. I strongly suggest looking for other alternatives before making plans to go to this store.

Best, most comfy bras I have EVER owned!

I have been buying bras from Bravo for 5+ years. I have been through 2 pregnancies and have purchased all my bras at Bravo. I am a 34DD or DDD in dept. store sizing and have have much trouble throughout the years finding a bra that was actually comfortable. After purchasing my first bra at Bravo I will NEVER be going back to underwire bras again. No more deep red lines on my shoulders at night, no back pain, no digging in from the wire under my breasts! I have even fallen asleep in these bras and still not had discomfort in the morning! I have bought from the in-stock selection and had custom orders placed and have had good luck with both. Also, these bras last a lot longer than any Dayton's or Norstrom's brand I have ever had. Not the sexiest things I ever owned, but by far the most comfy! Worth every penny!

• Cons: location, custom orders can take awhile to come in
